We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at our 3108 S Kingshighway location in St. Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving sales targetsLead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standardsEnsure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptlyManage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stockImplement and maintain company policies and proceduresCreate and adjust employee schedules to optimize staffing levelsAssist in hiring, training, and evaluating team membersMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentAnalyze sales data and make recommendations for improvementHandle cash management and daily financial reporting

QualificationsProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsCustomer service-oriented with a focus on creating positive experiencesProficient in time management and multitaskingBasic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and POS systemsPrevious retail or customer service experience requiredManagement or supervisory experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferredFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 poundsKnowledge of retail industry trends and best practices a plus
