Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at 2256 S Grand Blvd in St. Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance.

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and efficient work environmentOversee daily store operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer serviceTrain and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and best practicesManage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyAssist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive salesEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspaceCollaborate with the Store Manager to achieve performance targets and improve store metricsHandle cash management and basic accounting tasksParticipate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team membersAdapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

QualificationsValid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or olderClean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceStrong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop othersFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven problem-solving abilities and sound judgmentBasic computer proficiency for managing store systems and reportsCustomer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environmentFood service experience, particularly in pizza or fast food operations, is a plusAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure settingStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standardsTeam-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the role
