As an Assistant Manager, you'll be an integral part of our leadership team, helping to drive success and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environmentEnsure high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness are maintained at all timesAssist in managing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost managementTrain and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvementHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionallyCollaborate with the General Manager to implement company policies and achieve store goalsOversee food preparation and delivery processes to maintain efficiency and qualityAssist in managing financial aspects of the store, including cash handling and reportingEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulationsParticipate in local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities

QualificationsProven leadership experience in the food service industry, preferably in a quick-service restaurant settingStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team membersExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesDetail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and organizationCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional serviceProficiency in basic computer skills for inventory management and reportingKnowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysValid driver's license with a clean driving record (2 years experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older)Ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceHigh school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plusServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
