We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manager to join our team at 3239 Lemay Ferry Rd in St. Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing a high-performing team.

Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfactionAssist in managing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost managementEnsure compliance with food safety and sanitation standardsHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallySupport the training and development of new team membersCollaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving store performanceOversee cash management and daily financial reportingMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAssist in marketing and promotional activities to drive salesAdapt quickly to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations effectively

QualificationsMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industryValid driver's license with a clean driving record (2 years experience if under {AGE}, 1 year if {AGE} or older)Ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceStrong leadership skills and a desire to develop and mentor team membersExcellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality productsProficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systemsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenBasic math skills for inventory management and cash handlingFood safety certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employmentHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in business or related field preferred)
