Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 8544 Watson Rd location in St. Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving store performance.

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environmentOversee daily store operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer serviceTrain and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and best practicesManage shift schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levelsHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficientlyAssist in implementing marketing strategies and promotions to drive salesMaintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standardsCollaborate with the Store Manager to achieve performance targets and improve store metricsAssist in financial management, including cash handling, deposits, and basic reportingEnsure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentDriver's license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if {AGE} or olderClean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceStrong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProblem-solving and decision-making skillsBasic computer proficiencyKnowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsCustomer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in food service or retail management is preferred
