Job Description

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 13214 Tesson Ferry Rd location in St. Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving store performance.

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environmentOversee daily store operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer serviceTrain and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and food safety standardsManage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyAssist in scheduling, payroll processing, and other administrative tasksCollaborate with the Store Manager to implement strategies for improving store performance and salesEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environmentHandle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial recordsParticipate in local marketing initiatives and community engagement activitiesAssist in managing inventory levels and placing orders as needed

QualificationsClean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceStrong leadership skills and a desire to motivate and develop team membersExcellent customer service skills and a friendly, enthusiastic attitudeAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenBasic computer proficiency for managing store systems and reportsFood safety knowledge and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanlinessFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Previous experience in food service or retail management (preferred)
