Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our 3930 Lindell Blvd location in St. Louis! We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented leader to help drive our success in this fast-paced environment.

Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflowLead and motivate team members to achieve performance goalsProvide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concernsManage inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levelsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standardsParticipate in staff training and development initiativesAssist in scheduling and managing staff to meet business needsContribute to creating a positive work environment and team cultureCollaborate with the General Manager on strategic planning and goal-settingHandle cash management and financial reporting responsibilities

QualificationsProven leadership experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsCustomer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiencesProficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systemsValid driver's license with 2 years of experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or olderClean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFamiliarity with the St. Louis area and local customer preferences is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferredPrevious experience in the food service or retail industry is advantageous
