Job Description

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 11240 Manchester Rd location in St Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards in our fast-paced environment.

Lead and motivate a team of pizza makers, delivery drivers, and customer service representativesEnsure excellent customer experiences by maintaining high standards of food quality and serviceManage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cash handlingAssist in training and developing team members to meet company standards and goalsImplement and maintain food safety and sanitation proceduresHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallySupport the General Manager in achieving store performance targetsAnalyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store efficiency and profitabilityMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCollaborate with other managers to share best practices and improve overall store performance

QualificationsValid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or olderClean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceStrong leadership skills and a desire to motivate and develop team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentBasic math and computer skills for inventory management and reportingKnowledge of food safety regulations and proceduresFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Previous experience in food service or retail management (preferred)Familiarity with the St Louis area and local food preferences (beneficial)Team management experience (preferred)Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesCommitment to Domino's brand standards and values
