JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

In addition: Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls, Cash control, Food management, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Great Customer Service, Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, Profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS
General job duties for all store team members:

Operate all equipmentStock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in coolerPrepare productReceive and process telephone ordersTake inventory and complete associated paperworkClean equipment and facility approximately daily

WORK CONDITIONS
Exposure to:

Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasksIn-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areasSudden changes in temperature in work area and while outsideFumes from food odorsExposure to cornmeal dustCramped quarters including walk-in coolerHot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higherSharp edges and moving mechanical parts

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Including, but not limited to the following:Standing for multiple hoursWalking (for short distances & short durations)Lifting 

We are hiring for ALL SHIFTS!

Day Shift - 10am - 5pmDinner Shift - 4/5pm - 9/10pmClosing Shift - 5/6pm - 1am

QualificationsDriver’s license with 2 years experience if 18 or 1 year if 19 or olderA clean driving recordMust be able to pass a criminal background checkA dependable vehicle with proof of auto insuranceA desire to lead peopleFlexible availability
