Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 716 E Broadway location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Oversee daily store operations, including cash management, inventory control, and food quality assuranceLead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiencyManage staff scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage for all shiftsHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely mannerImplement and maintain company policies, procedures, and food safety standardsAssist in monitoring and controlling costs, including labor and food expensesCollaborate with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals and targetsEnsure cleanliness and maintenance of the store, equipment, and facilitiesParticipate in local marketing initiatives and community engagement activitiesAnalyze sales data and inventory reports to make informed business decisionsStep in to perform various in-store tasks as needed, including food preparation and order taking

QualificationsProven experience in food service or retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a teamExcellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality productsProficiency in cash handling, inventory management, and basic accounting principlesAbility to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, sound decisionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with computer systems, including POS systems and inventory management softwareKnowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsHigh school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus but not required)
