**The Opportunity**
This position works out of our **Imazium Damansara Uptown** location in the **Corporate Human Resources (CHR)** . We are seeking an **Assistant Manager, HR** who will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, statutory compliance & employee support across multiple entities.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Payroll management
+ Employee support & benefits administration
+ Tax & compliance
+ Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) & Restricted Stock Unit (RSU)
+ Projects & system enhancement
+ Internal & external audit
+ Employee Pass (EP) management
**Required Qualifications**
+ B.S. in Human Resource or any other equivalent
+ 3–5 years of Malaysia payroll experience
+ Strong understanding of statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
+ Experience working with payroll vendors
+ Detail‑oriented, reliable, and great with stakeholders
