About the Role:
Experience in hands-on Consulting & Research (preferably in the Real Estate domain Government/Infrastructure domain advisory)Experience in execution - Report writing, demand assessment models and financial analysis.Undertake Advisory Assignments (across Real Estate Segments) using appropriate approaches/methodologies; identifying property/project characteristics and attributes by analyzing market dynamics to provide strategic development advisory and suitable recommendationsUndertake Feasibility, Market Assessment, Entry Strategies, Highest and best Use, Market Research, Location Advisory, Expansion/Consolidation Strategy, Detailed Project Reports for clients across clientele – Developers, Financial Institutions, HNII’s, Corporates, Occupiers/MNC Companies/Operators and Brands across Office, Retail, Warehousing, Hospitality, Healthcare, Senior Living, Coliving segments etcHands on in executing assignments panning across real estate segments - Residential, Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Hospitality, Warehouse, and alternate asset classes (Education & Health care).Execute customized reports for clients – (with good report writing, data analytic and financial analysis skills) which will assist client in undertaking business and strategic decisions.Assist in financial modelling for the client/ assignments – understanding of financial modelling aspects of any report Evaluating new markets and asset classes for advising clients.
