Within the service catalogue of UniOps, the Commercial Experience organisation is responsible for the management and delivery of finance services globally, both through third-party outsourced providers (e.g. Genpact, Accenture) and through in-sourced operations.

Supplier operations team which is a part of the Commercial Experience team has responsibility of managing operations across end-to-end Master data-to-Pay domain

This role will be accountable for managing Contract Operations for Direct Material and Reporting processes, driving CASH delivery, driving process improvement, standardisation and GPM adoption and ensuring processes are compliant as per Unilever control requirement. The role will have global touch points with Procurement team, IT teams, Operations Excellence Teams, Delivery/Operations teams, and control team

Main Accountabilities

Managing End to End Contract Operations for Direct Materials (Raw-materials, Packaging materials, Collaborative manufacturing)

Partnership with Procurement portfolio team and ensure Contracts are available on time

Drive 3PSP Governance to ensure Contract TAT, Contract OTIF, Contract Coverage and key KPIs are delivered

Monthly governance with Procurement Portfolio, 3PSP to drive close collaboration, seamless contract operation

Identify and drive Cash opportunity with Procurement Cash Squad and Procurement Portfolio

Manage SO related strategic projects

Ensure there is a clear adoption of the Contract coverage across direct procurement along with a high Contract OTIF.

Manage data analytics and reporting process for Procurement organization

Manage current automation program with UL Automation Factory team

Manage the third-party supplier team and provide out-of-the-box approaches to improve efficiency of contract operations and reporting processes

Act as the single point of contact for all contract operations across the globe and provide due guidance and seamless operational support for contract creation and amendments in iCAT, SAP CLM and SAP ECC

Work within defined Procurement procedures (Ways of Working) and always adhere to the Code of Business Principles

Work in an effective, cohesive team environment

Support the procurement organization to meet goals and objectives in support to the overall Unilever strategy

Key Skills

Understanding/Experience in Procurement process especially in direct contracting areas

Deep written and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical skills

Proficiency with Power BI, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint

Expertise in using iCAT, SAP CLM and SAP MM module

Hands on experience managing CXO level performance reporting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

Experience and awareness of working in a global role

Minimum educational level: Master’s degree and certification in Supply Chain, advance analytics tool

Minimum of 8 years experiences in Procurement and/or Supply Chain preferable in FMCG domain

Prior work experience managing contract operations.
