Location: 6th of October, Egypt Bachelor of Engineering or Supply Chain **Position Summary:** Senior Supervisory position responsible for warehouse operations at 3PL WHs. Taking the lead in improvement projects, reporting and planning warehouse volumes across sites while ensuring Nestle safety standards are followed and maintained in the 3PL environment. **A DAY IN THE LIFE …** + Responsible for all the reports need for our KPI's and responsible on WH KPI's weekly report. + Responsible for 3PL Power BI Dashboard data and presentation. + Responsible of budget calculation annual and forecasting next year budget. + Responsible of submitting FDE DF monthly and keep tracking of spending , saving vs submitted budget. + Responsible for 3PL projects (Savings , LC2A & Initiative) and managing the achievement and report the savings. + Responsible of keep tracking of saving project and upload saving monthly on OSCAR. + Responsible for Trade Assets stocks, inventory control & all Inbound/Outbound Operations + Responsible for Trade Assets contracts with customers, SAP setup & proper control over the E2E process + Responsible for planning the storage volumes across different 3PL sites and ensuring no operational risk due utilization. + Responsible for Safety reports, Near misses and incidents investigation. + Supervising the team attendees and overtime reporting. **ARE YOU A FIT?** + Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Science or Supply Chain & Logistics + 0-2 years of experience + Experience in Supply Chain preferably in Warehousing /Distribution/Transport + F&B Background is a plus + Experience in Microsoft Office Tools
