Assistant Manager, Visual Merchandising (TW/HK/APD)

_Responsible for developing, implement, and maintain our brand's visual standards across all retail channels. This role is pivotal in ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image that drives customer engagement and sales._
_Key Result Areas :_
+ _Develop the RBE calendar in alignment with marketing and sales goals._
+ _Create or localize the VM guidelines and manuals for HK, TW and APD region, based on the overall APAC VM guidelines._
+ _Be responsible for execution of seasonal and/ or monthly POP launches, floor sets, windows at all retail locations._
+ _Prepare reports of routine store inspections and execution of follow-ups actions._
+ _Manage the VM budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources, cost control, and ROI on all visual initiatives._
+ _Partner with the Channel team and cross-function team as the VM expert for all field marketing activities, including roadshows, activations, and seasonal promotion like Taiwan_ _anniversary promotions._
+ _Drive store image enhancement projects to elevate the overall customer experience._
+ _Gather insights from the field to continuously iterate and improve on visual strategies._
