About the Role
A UEM engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline and improve end-user workflows and processes. This role focuses on creating automated systems and scripts that reduce manual effort, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall user experience. The engineer collaborates with various teams, analyzes user needs, and develops solutions using a variety of tools and technologies.Job Responsibilities:SCCM
Sound knowledge on SCCM application packaging. Application assessment and remediation. Integration testing of Application Packages in the Software Distribution framework's customer Controlled Test Environment (CTE). Ensure application packaging checks and integration testing is completed. Perform software lifecycle management, evaluate the production software on a quarterly basis to ensure software products updated with latest version/fix.Intune
Intune application creation and management for modern managed workplace.Platform Administration
Manage and administer Platform components ensuring stability, scalability and secure integration with other system components. Oversee configuration management and access controls for Copilot and related servicesInnovation & Evaluation
Continuously evaluate emerging Microsoft MEM technologies and assess their applicability within enterprise environment. Explore all solutions comply with industry standards, data protection regulations and internal governance policiesDisaster Recovery & Compliance
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for patching services. Ensure compliance with industry standards, and support solutions.Collaboration & Support
Work closely with the SCCM and application engineers, Provide Level 2 / 3 technical support for configuration manager related services and manage feature release cycles and incident responseMinimum Job Requirements:More than 8 years’ experience in IT and 5 years in end user workplace management (SCCM, GPO, Intune, etc).Sound knowledge in SCCM and Intune Infra management. Strong technical background in troubleshooting and issue resolution management. Experience in Intune for the Device Management.Application assessments and remediation.Workstation configuration and support.Prior experience with Transition, Transformation and Migration in wider level.Extensive experience in patching management (Intranet\Internet).Motivated and committed individual.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and address technical concerns.Understanding of LAN, WAN & voice network environments, routing protocols, and various technology architectures including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPNExtensive hands-on support experience in supporting Windows 10\11Experience in SCCM Distribution Servers, and Site ServersGood experience in Microsoft Cloud/Hybrid Cloud Management.
