Security Operations Management

Oversee daily security operations and protocols

Ensure 24/7 security coverage and response readiness

Coordinate with security personnel and manage shift schedules

Monitor and maintain security systems and equipment

2. Access Control & Facility Protection

Implement and monitor access control systems

Manage visitor registration and escort procedures

Ensure compliance with building security protocols

Conduct regular security audits and inspections

3. Incident Response & Investigation

Lead incident response procedures and emergency protocols

Investigate security breaches, incidents, and violations

Document and report security incidents to senior management

Coordinate with law enforcement when required

4. Team Leadership & Training

Supervise and guide security staff performance

Conduct security training and awareness programs

Evaluate team performance and provide feedback

Ensure proper deployment of security resources

5. Risk Assessment & Mitigation

Identify potential security vulnerabilities and threats

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies

Conduct regular security risk assessments

Recommend security improvements and upgrades

6. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to security policies and procedures

Maintain accurate security logs and documentation

Prepare periodic security reports and metrics

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

7. Technology & Systems Management

Oversee CCTV, alarm systems, and security technology

Coordinate maintenance of security equipment

Support implementation of new security technologies

Monitor system performance and functionality
