As the Assistant Manager, POSM you will own and manage end-to-end POSM strategies to deliver best-in-class, category-leading in-store execution. You will ensure our brands are visible, engaging, and compelling at the point of purchase – effectively guiding shoppers from awareness to conversion in-store.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, customers, agencies, and suppliers to develop, sell-in, and deliver impactful POSM solutions aligned with brand and customer objectives.
**How you will contribute** :
Key Responsibilities
+ Plan and manage end-to-end POSM strategy, development, production, and deployment aligned with brand, channel, and commercial priorities.
+ Translate brand and activation briefs into effective POSM solutions by channel.
+ Coordinate with agencies, vendors, Sales, and Marketing to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
+ Manage POSM budget tracking, cost optimization, and governance.
+ Ensure POSM compliance with brand guidelines, Perfect Store standards, and sustainability requirements.
+ Monitor in-store execution through trade visits and audits, and drive continuous improvement.

+ Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment
+ Strong understanding of retail execution and shopper behaviour
+ Good project management and stakeholder management skills
+ Budget ownership and cost control experience
+ Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
+ Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
+ Customer and category knowledge is a strong advantage.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in POSM, Trade Marketing, or Shopper Marketing (FMCG preferred).
