In this role, you will:
The jobholder must have an in-depth understanding of the landscape in the insurance industry in China. He/She must be able to understand customer buying preferences not only of different channels but different touch points as well
The incumbent needs to have good distribution knowledge to ensure channels, products and business development initiatives will need to be executed with minimal resources, thus consistency of distribution methodology will be critical for success. Also, implement strategy and drive business growth in a highly compliance conscious industry
With many competing internal priorities the incumbent will need to be skilled at presenting business cases that are powerful and convincing
The incumbent will have to seek advice from finance on FRP and other planning process
The incumbent will need to work closely with the business units, Compliance and IT departments to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives that are differentiated, drive the business revenue and growth and are compliant with all Group and local regulations
