We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Medical Services.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

Assess and approve claims by providing fair, professional and quality settlement and managing customer expectation with flexible solutionAssist to direct and guide subordinates and teammates to ensure proper assessment and settlement of all claims as to achieve KPIsEnsure all claims activities comply with regulations and internal guidelinesCoordinate and participate in enhancement or initiative activities, new products as to meet business needs and improvements on operations efficiency and customer experienceHandle customer complaints and resolve disputesPrepare regular claims reports and handle data verificationPrepare and participate in audits and compliance review and ensure the operations procedure is in compliant to the set rules and regulationsParticipate in projects or ad-hoc tasks in accordance with requirements set
