Role Responsibilities:

The Assistant Manager, Marketing, will perform key activities around Marketing Operations.

You will:

Assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns, for retail and digital channel ensuring campaigns deliver required business outcome  Analyzing marketing data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies You’ll need to have experience in nurturing and delivering a variety of marketing campaigns which have given you exposure to the full marketing mix Developing and improving marketing processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency Working with various teams (sales, creative, CRM etc.) to ensure alignment and effective campaign execution Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for marketing communications The ability to interpret data commercially and be comfortable in presenting to senior stakeholders is also needed. You’ll be a strong communicator who is able to build relationships with people of all levels to help influence positive actions.  

Role Requirements: 

To be successful in this role, end- to-end experience in digital marketing within Southeast Asia.

3+ years proven track record in omni channel or digital marketing with demonstrated experience of leading, developing and motivating teams in payments, e-commerce and relevant financial industries. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.  Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices and proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Experienced in budgeting and resource allocation; skilled in marketing compliance regulations. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. You will be a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of complex businesses within financial services/payments.
