This role supports the execution of regional marketing initiatives and launch strategies across North America, working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless implementation. The Assistant Manager will play a critical role in supporting go-to-market planning, performance analysis, and consumer engagement programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, consumer-obsessed, and eager to build expertise in prestige beauty marketing within a fast-paced, omni-channel environment. **Description** **Key Responsibilities** **Forecasting, Assortment & Performance Support** + Assist with new product launch forecasting and reporting, collaborating with Demand Planning, Finance, and Commercial teams. + Track category, brand, and competitive performance trends; prepare insights and recommendations for the Manager and Director. + Support assortment strategy, seasonal planning, and reporting deliverables. + Prepare weekly reporting and recaps of launches and campaigns to help optimize future planning. **Launch Plans and Go-to-Market Execution** + Support the end-to-end go-to-market planning process for launches, hero accelerations, and seasonal campaigns across retail, DTC, and specialty channels. + Manage launch allocations and tracking, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams on seeding, gifting, and in store needs. + Manage assigned workstreams such as photo shoot briefings, visual merchandising requests, sampling programs, and retailer-specific activations. + Help track and summarize cultural and category trends to inform innovative go-to-market strategies. + Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and prepare briefing documents, timelines, and recaps. **Brand & Consumer Experience** + Ensure brand identity and prestige positioning are consistently reflected across touchpoints. + Lead Visual Merchandising assortment, seasonal briefings and updates, in concert with Director. + Assist in leveraging consumer insights to refine marketing strategies, with a focus on acquisition, retention, and loyalty. + Provide support for national campaigns, consumer activations, and tentpole brand experiences. **Cross-Functional Partnership** + Collaborate with Sales, E-commerce, Creative, and Global Brand teams to support execution of joint business plans and campaigns. + Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain alignment and ensure flawless execution. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. + Minimum 3 years relevant experience in marketing; prestige or luxury beauty experience strongly preferred. + Exposure to 360° marketing planning, launch execution, and retail activations. + Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. + Passion for beauty, makeup, and cultural trends, with knowledge of key digital and social platforms (TikTok, IG, etc.). + Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required. + Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail Equal Opportunity Employer It is Company's policy not to discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions), gender identity or gender expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital status, military service and veteran status, physical or mental disability, protected medical condition as defined by applicable state or local law, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws and ordinances.
