This role is based in Thailand, responsible for Customer Relationship Management for Disney+ Hotstar in Southeast Asia & Thailand.

This role is part of the Lifecycle team and is responsible for driving customer engagement and retention through the development, set up and optimisation of campaigns to support the key KPIs of acquisition, engagement, retention and customer lifetime value for Disney+ Hotstar.
This role will play a critical part in the Lifecycle and Retention marketing team and utilise technical understanding to drive customer engagement within the Thailand and Southeast Asia market.Run high-impact campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and monetization across the customer lifecycleExecute engagement strategy across pre-subscription, onboarding and in-life customersActivate monetization and retention strategies to increase lifetime valueEnsure customer journey across app and website are aligned with the brand propositionCollaborate with regional teams to ensure strategic alignment and knowledge sharing.Planning and development of marketing calendar for direct commsLaunch targeted in-app and direct communication campaigns that boost engagement and retentionManage process to deliver localised campaignsWork with creative teams to define creative concepts and brief build of creative assetsManage testing agenda and measurement across life stages and cohortsAnalyse and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations at customer and campaign levelsSupport KPI forecasting for engagement and retention metricsChampion innovative engagement approaches to keep Disney+ ahead of market trends
