Position Summary
1. Categorize accounts by their sales type to set growth plans for them and provide guidance for their sales activities according to their target market.2. Hedge short and mid term account risk (inventory, collateral, payment, etc.) and check whether the pricing follows the contract.
Role and Responsibilities
Job DescriptionResponsible for pre-sales support of products and problem-solving solutions, assisting sales to research and analyze customer demand, formulating technical proposals and tenders, expounding on technical solutions, demonstrating products, and answering technical inquiries.Driving product sales, promoting and selling products, and providing solutions via engineering dealers and project sales boosts profitability increases market share and encourages the colleges to achieve sales targets.Improve the opportunity for each key account for brand expansionManaging dealers' PSI, inventory, and sales out.Collect and analyze customer feedback on products and technical issues to the Customer Service department and take responsibility for the aftersales and follow up on the customer problems.Deepen solutions according to customer’s demand and assist technical engineers in implementing solutions.Conduct relevant technical training for internal sales and pre-sales as well as external partners.Maintain and develop healthy relationships with potential dealers and customers.Skills and Qualifications
Qualification:
Bachelor or higher in Mechanical Engineering (the other engineering degree backgrounds are also considerable), Business Administration, MarketingAt least 5-7 experience in Project Sales, Channel Management, and Business/ Partner DevelopmentExperience in Partner Relationship Management or Customer Relationship ManagementFamiliar with Air Conditioner (HVAC, VRF), Electronic Home Appliance industriesExtensive knowledge of project and channel market strategy; relevant influencers and decision makers; customer insights, buying behaviour and segmentationAbility to convert partner engagement into sales opportunity Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsAbility to thrive in a high-growth, fast paced and demanding environmentExcellent command of English both spoken & written with computer literacyFamiliar & Discipline to work with SalesForce.com program, or any other similar CRM programs* Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
