Dealers support activity for sales and customer relations to ensure smooth operations and drive revenue.Customers / Dealers Call Center managementDealer operation supportData and reporting

Dealers support activity for Dealers order processing

Dealers Call center activity; Providing parts information to dealers.

Dealer operation support activity (VOR/Recommendation list, Buy Back, New dealer opening, Contact window to DLRs and others relate.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degreeExperience of Aftersales Dealer Management (Having experience in the automotive business will be an advantage)Customer / Call Center managementComputer literacy in Microsoft OfficeFair English communicationAnalysis thinking / Problem solvingCustomer service knowledgeSpare parts knowledgeDealer operation process knowledgeLogistics knowledge
