Assistant Manager, Creative Marketing Management

Position Summary

To strengthen home digital appliances channel and marketing tool development and management. To develop / monitor / expand the channel and marketing coverage by working closely with the Sales team with marketing plans.
Working closely with service team to work on marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
Supporting in formalizing and coordinating sponsorships activities and long run partnerships with prestigious organizations to better reflect on the brand image.

Role and Responsibilities

Arrange and coordinate product launches.Prepare and execute plans for marketing assigned products or product line(s), with the ultimate objective to achieve or exceed company goals.Participate in decisions regarding product positioning and advertising campaigns.Work closely with Brand Marketing to assure consistency with established guidelines Maintain high level of brand preference and awareness.Participate in close communication with the agencies by delivering clear briefings, thus deriving ideas that alignCoordinate product reviews from tech bloggers and lifestyle influencers and PR activities with the PR ManagerCarry out all marketing activities related to the all home appliances digital productsManage all ATL & BTL activities.Budgeting, Planning, execution and monitoring product’s for Digital Appliances DivisionPlan and create the marketing communication asset (digital & offline) in accordance to the marketing calendar.Brief the advertising agency with the campaign idea and supervise the whole cycle from idea concept to actualization.Develop the execution strategy to ensure that the marketing communication asset is used organically and multi-dimensionally at all touch points.DA Monthly Budget management: Plan proposal with TIM% guide.Media Planning and buying through the Media agency.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field7-10 Marketing work experienceEffective written and verbal communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsExcellent EXCEL skillsA high level of attention to detail and high follow up skillsAbility to work effectively within a team and independentlySales-oriented, well organized, and good leadership skills
