We are currently seeking Asst Machine Operator/General Laborer for our Cleveland, OH Plant.
Location: 16645 Granite Road Cleveland, OH 44137
Shift: Days/1st Shift, Monday - Thursday, 6 am - 4 pm EST. Overtime: Friday as needed.
Pay: $19.99/hr. 1st Pay increase after 60 days, will bump up to $21.84/hr.
Medical/Dental/Vision: Starts on Day 1!
Primary duties include:
Stacking products.Conducting quality checks.Material set-up.Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a collaborative safety culture.Use problem-solving skills to ensure smooth production flow.Deliver high-quality products to meet customer expectations.
What you need to succeed:
High school diploma or equivalentRequired to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on position.Able to work in a fast paced work environment.Have a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery.Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned.Maintain a clean work environment. Ability to read a tape measure, basic math, and computer skills.Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations. Ability to navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.Military training and or Technical School preferredManufacturing experience (preferred) however not required - full training provided.

The starting rate is $19.99 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location.
