About the Role
NH Collection Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dedicated Assistant Laundry Manager to support the efficient operation of the laundry department at NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort. This role plays a key part in ensuring that guest garments, team member uniforms, and resort linen are maintained to the highest quality and hygiene standards expected from a premium hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Laundry Manager in overseeing the day-to-day laundry operations.

Ensure proper washing, drying, pressing, and finishing of guest laundry, uniforms, and resort linen.

Maintain quality standards and ensure careful handling of all fabrics and garments.

Supervise and guide the laundry team to maintain operational efficiency.

Monitor machine usage, chemical consumption, and coordinate preventive maintenance of laundry equipment.

Ensure hygiene, safety, and environmental standards are followed at all times.

Assist in managing linen inventory, uniform control, and laundry supplies.

Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet operational requirements.

Ensure timely delivery of guest laundry services.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in a Laundry Supervisor or similar role within a hotel or resort environment.

Good knowledge of commercial laundry equipment, fabric care, and chemical handling.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
