Commercial Banking - Corporate Wealth and Sales Management
Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.
For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Investment Sales Quality Assurance and Business Management Manager.
Principal responsibilities
Support the preparation of Management Information reports
Provide quality and efficient account servicing and business administration support to the department
Ensure all control measure are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure
Provide IT support for both front-office and middle-office staff (e.g. System administration: PBWM, UOE, HWS, Bloomberg, Reuters)
Engage in projects in different areas, i.e. IT project, product/service development, compliance (e.g. Assist to conduct product due diligence to ensure end-to-end compliance selling and operations of investment products)
Enforcing sales guidelines and sales compliance, monitoring of sales process, implement project task and conduct quality control checking. Including managing various sales quality reports
Ensure both internal rules and external regulatory requirements are adhered to comply with the sales compliance

Passes in HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 registration
Proven relevant work and project management experience
Strong self-motivation, sound organization, good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage
