Assistant International Business Manager

About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially-minded Assistant Business Manager to join our fast-paced and collaborative team. Sitting at the heart of our Business development and operations team, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and grow your career.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the global movement of stock, with a particular focus on the UK Distribution Centre and our multiple international Hubs. You’ll manage and control the flow of stock into our retail partners across international markets, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions.

You’ll partner closely with our Finance, Sales, and Merchandising teams, while also building strong relationships with our external partners — giving you valuable exposure to how other businesses work and broadening your commercial expertise.

On top of this, you’ll work with the Sales Ledger team to tackle invoicing challenges, manage credits, and keep debt reconciliation on track.

If you thrive in a role where no two days are the same and you love solving problems and driving results, we’d love to hear from you.

International Franchise, Sales & Operations is making waves in the international market, expanding the reach of the Next portfolio. Our goal is to showcase collections, brands and product areas to potential and existing partners. Once the orders are secured, it is our responsibility to ensure these are processed and stock is delivered on time for partners to launch globally. Come join the international Franchise team and help make Next a Global household name

About You:
As a central link between Supply Chain, International Hubs, Finance, and Commercial teams, you’ll play a vital role in driving accuracy, improving visibility, and maintaining strong communication across departments. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in building cross-functional relationships. Previous experience in a coordination, merchandising, logistics or business support role is advantageous, but more importantly, we’re looking for someone with strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in supply chain and finance operations.

This is an integral position within a high-performing department, offering excellent exposure to the wider business and a clear path to progression for the right candidate.
