To strengthen our Human Resources team, we are looking for an Assistant Human Resources Manager to start as soon as possible.

Key ResponsibilitiesWe, the Human Resources and Training Department, see ourselves as internal service providers and support all departments within our company. We look after up to 380 employees (depending on the season), including trainees, temporary staff, and interns. Our area of activity covers the entire spectrum of modern human resources management.\nPersonnel support in close cooperation with department heads\nComplete personnel administration from hiring to termination\nSupport for up to four personnel departments\nPreparatory payroll accounting\nApplicant management and independent recruitment\nResponsible for all trainees\nCollaboration in HR projects, such as occupational health management, sustainability, and welfare campaigns\nImplementation of employer branding strategies \nCollaboration in forecasting and budget processes\n

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nSuccessfully completed training in the hotel industry\nRelevant additional qualifications (e.g., HR specialist, personnel officer, or similar) or a degree with a focus on human resources\nPractical experience in human resources\nIn-depth knowledge of labor law and social security\nCommunication skills and organizational skills\nVery good German and English skills (spoken and written)\nStructured, independent, and autonomous working style\nEmpathy and excellent interpersonal skills\n
