The person in this position is responsible for providing first-class team member relations services to the team members and management team to deliver an excellent team member experience while assisting with Human Resources strategy with Hilton values.
What will I be doing?
Assistant Human Resources Manager reports to Director of Human Resources.
Assistant Human Resources Manager will be required to act as deputy Director of Human Resources in his/ her absense; support employee relations and ensure compliance with team member training requirements. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Provide and deliver first-class Team Member Relations services to team members and management teamAssist Human Resources Director with Human Resources strategy including succession planning for team membersManage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinary, grievances, and capabilityTake role in candidate interviews and hiring processEnsure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate legal checks are carried outSupport achieving departmental goalsSupport the L&D Supervisor to achieve departmental training requirementsControl costs when possible and assist in meeting hotel/departmental financial targetsEnsure pay reviews/absence monitoring/wage queries are managed in line with company guidelinesFollow-up and give all support for the duties of all HR Team MembersAssist and resolve team member and management queriesAssist Director of Human Resources in HR related matters

Minimum 2 year of experience in hotels in the similar roleExcellent command of Turkish and EnglishUniversity degreeKnowledge of Turkish Labor Law and regulationsIT proficiency- Microsoft Office knowledgeCommitted to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externallyAbility to work on their own or in teamsPositive and outgoing attitude
