Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team on a short-term basis. This role will support HR operations and employee lifecycle processes across multiple agencies within the Groupe. It’s a great opportunity for someone passionate about people processes and looking to build experience in a regional and matrixed environment. Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee movement, and data updates. Prepare and manage employee documentation (contracts, addendums, letters, certifications). Maintain HRIS and employee records with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in coordination of onboarding sessions and other employee experience initiatives. Provide administrative support in performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development activities. Work closely with the HRBP team to support employee relations cases (documentation, meeting scheduling, follow-ups). Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports and ensure data integrity. Be the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries, escalating where necessary. Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives aligned with Groupe-wide strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years' experience in HR operations, HR coordination, or generalist support role, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment. Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices. Experience with HRIS systems High attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport quickly. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for employee experience. Comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
