**Position Summary**
Assistant HR Business partner supports the delivery of key people priorities by partnering with functional teams to facilitate talent acquisition, drive employee engagement, and support the implementation of talent and succession strategies. The role plays a vital part in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, enabling capability development and effective execution of core HR processes under the leadership of Senior HR Business Partner to help deliver sustainable business results.
**A day in the life of an Assistant HRBP:**
+ Assist in aligning and implementing people strategies that attract, develop, retain, and maximize employee contributions in line with both short- and long-term business objectives. Support the deployment of Nestlé’s Leadership Principles to help build an open, empowering, fair, and inclusive work culture while ensuring smooth execution of organizational development initiatives.
+ Assist in identifying effective solutions to business challenges, aligning with Nestlé’s principles, policies, and local context. Contribute to managing smooth organizational transitions and help shape a culture that supports Nestlé’s strategic goals.
+ Support business teams in executing core people processes such as performance management, salary reviews, job evaluations, and goal alignment. Contribute to the deployment of talent management practices to support business needs and enable employee development.
+ Ensure a compliant and efficient recruitment process that adheres to internal policies and external regulations. Equip hiring managers with the necessary tools and capabilities for effective engagement and manage multiple sourcing channels to enhance the talent pipeline while building strong relationships with key recruitment stakeholders.
+ Oversee organizational development initiatives for the business unit by coordinating Center of Excellence (CoE) efforts and ensuring the implementation of people practices against established metrics. Organize and deliver training and development programs in collaboration with CoE to achieve team and individual goals.
+ Drive engagement initiatives in the assigned business unit / function by fostering a culture where employees feel valued, motivated, and connected to the organization's mission.
**What Will Make You Successful?**
+ Bachelors/Masters (Preferably in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or Organizational Psychology) from an HEC recognized institution.
+ 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in talent management, organizational development, learning or business partnership.
+ Ability to be proactive, adaptable, and quickly respond to changing market demands. Stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning and adapting the ongoing workforce planning and retention strategies.
+ Ability to actively engage with internal employees by highlighting the company's values, culture, career growth opportunities, and employee benefits during career conversations.
+ Working exposure in matrix structured organizations with multiple divisions and/or business groups/categories. Prior experience of working in the FMCG sector will be an added plus.
+ Ability to build rapport and trust with line managers, HR teams, and other internal/external stakeholders.
