The hotel offers 205 stylish guest rooms and suites, 4 meeting spaces, 1 restaurant and 1 signature bar. **Duties & Responsibilities** + Lead and support the housekeeping team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness across guest and colleague areas. + Ensure guest rooms and public spaces consistently meet hotel quality and presentation standards. + Collaborate with Guest Operations and other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and personalise the in‑room experience. + Manage departmental staffing, scheduling, and productivity to meet business needs and KPIs. + Oversee linen and inventory management, ensuring adequate stock and proper controls. + Ensure guest laundry services are delivered efficiently and to required standards. + Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing performance feedback to colleagues. + Support departmental budgeting, cost control, and preparation of forecasts. + Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and local legislation. + Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging team culture aligned with company values. **About You** You are a motivated and detail-oriented leader with a strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
