The Assistant Housekeeping Manager supports the Director and Assistant Director of Housekeeping in overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations
Supervise supervisors and line staff
Conduct room and area inspections
Help with scheduling, payroll, and inventory control
Train and develop housekeeping staff
Address guest concerns and operational issues
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Organizational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
