Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Assistant Guest Relation Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of customer service in our prestigious establishment.

Assist the Guest Relation Manager in overseeing daily operations of the guest relations departmentGreet and welcome guests, providing a warm and professional first impressionHandle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficientlyCoordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesDevelop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyaltyTrain and mentor guest relations staff to maintain service excellenceMonitor and analyze guest feedback, preparing reports for managementAssist in organizing and executing special events and VIP servicesEnsure compliance with hotel policies and proceduresStay informed about local attractions and events to provide accurate information to guests

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field with 2-3 years of experience in guest relations or customer service in a luxury settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesFluency in English; additional languages are a plusKnowledge of hospitality industry standards and cultural sensitivities, especially in the context of Dubai and the UAEAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
