Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Grand Hyatt Kauai ohana as an Assistant Guest Experience/VIP Manager at Grand Hyatt Kauai located in Poipu, Hawaii.
The Assistant Guest Experience/VIP Manager will be a contact for elite members of Hyatt's Guest Loyalty Program. This person will provide a highly impressive service experience to VIP guests while also overseeing areas within the hotel that cater to our VIP guests.This is a highly visible role within the hotel and offers the opportunity to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction at Hyatt.
Salary Range - $61,800 - $86,600

**Qualifications:**
+ Refined verbal and written communication skills
+ Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
+ Must be self-motivated and take initiative to achieve goals
+ Hospitality leadership experience with focus on guest experience preferred
+ Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
+ Proficient in basic computer skills
