Key Responsibilities:
1. City Operations Leadership
• Lead operations across 5–10 cities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and adherence to operational standards.
• Manage a team of 50–60 employees (both permanent and contractual) to meet performance targets and maintain a high-performance culture.
2. Operational Excellence & Performance Management
• Monitor and drive key performance metrics such as TAT, SLAs, and other operational KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
3. Manpower Efficiency & Cost Optimization
•Optimize manpower deployment, scheduling, and training to achieve operational efficiency.
• Analyze staffing requirements and recommend resource allocation strategies based on workload and productivity metrics.
4. Quality & Safety Management
• Develop and implement action plans based on quality and safety audit findings.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across operational units.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collaborate with logistics, business development, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless end-to-end operations.
• Foster strong communication and alignment across teams to maintain business continuity and operational excellence.
6. Warehouse Coordination & Inventory Management
• Oversee large-scale warehouse operations including inventory control, FIFO implementation, and last mile management.
• Ensure efficient management of assets and consumables while minimizing pilferage and wastage. • Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory audits and timely replenishment.
7. Program & Project Management
• Design and execute strategic programs and projects to improve operational productivity and service delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful implementation within defined parameters.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: B.Tech in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience: 5–6 years of experience in Operations Management with progressive responsibility, preferably handling multi-city operations.
