This highly visible role will report directly to the Restaurant General Manager – Lola Rose Grand Mezze. The Assistant General Manager will support the following food and beverage outlets within the hotel operated by Hyatt which will include: + Lola Rose Grand Mezze- three meal restaurant & lounge + In-Room Dining- Offering breakfast, lunch & dinner + Responsible for the short- and long-term planning of the restaurant + Ensure effective hiring, training, development and promotion of team + Lead and coach team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction results + Full understanding of Colleague engagement + Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance + Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions + Ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free-standing entity This is an **exempt (salaried)** role. The budgeted salary range for this position is **$77,000 – $98,000** . This is the pay range for this position that Thompson Palm Springs Resort reasonably expects to pay.
