About the Role:
Based in Enderby, Leicester Head Office. Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in the office, with some flexibility once embedded into the role. Core hours are flexible between 8am to 6pm.

Our Garment Technology teams work hard to ensure the quality of our Next product is always of the highest standard. Working alongside the Designers, Buyers, Merchandisers and Fabric Technologists; this role is key to the whole product critical path from start to finish.
About the Role:
Supporting the Garment Technology process from design concept to delivery; developing and elevating quality is key here at Next within the Menswear team.
Developing the range; driving technical innovation and product improvements whilst promoting collaborative and close working relationships with the Fabric technology team.
Approving and progressing the range; delivering good quality standards, providing clear and concise written and verbal communication internally and externally; whilst managing supply base to meet expectations.
Managing in season; reviewing product quality throughout the season, auditing and utilising information to further improve quality.
About You:
A team player; you will have great people skills to communicate effectively within a multi functional team.
Using your garment technical experience & exceptional eye for technical detail, you will be working on a specific product area, with opportunities to expand your knowledge on other areas.
Utilising your qualifications & experience within garment technology; You’ll be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of fit, manufacturing, construction and performance.
You’ll show drive and initiative to generate and implement new ideas in your department.
