JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the supervision of all aspects of the Front Desk functions, in accordance with hotel standards. Directs implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience
1–2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or front office preferred.
Previous hotel experience required.
Skills and Knowledge
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions independently.
Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
JOB DUTIES
Assist in supervising daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/out and overall guest flow.
Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing support to Guest Service Agents to maintain service quality.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating as needed.
Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management for front-of-house team members.
Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards, and safety/security procedures.
