Your main mission will be: To support the operational excellence of the Front Office department by coordinating and supervising the team’s daily activities, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient management of check-in and check-out processes, and the implementation of high-quality standards to deliver memorable experiences from arrival to departure.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standardsRun and collaborate with the entire Front-Office team, including reception, concierge service and reservationsSolve customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalismIdentify talents, lead, train and build team spirit in a huge teamMonitor the qualityAddress guests’ service needs and deal with specific customer requestsDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with other departments and colleaguesTake action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and wellbeing of hotel guests

Strong organizational, communication, and planning skillsProactivity, dynamism, multitasking ability, and good time managementHonesty, integrity, and a high sense of responsibilityPassion for hospitality and proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar roleCustomer-orientated attitude and in-depth knowledge of customer serviceProficiency in speaking and writing in Portuguese English, basic German and/or French is a plus Careful presentation Proactive, with a sense of initiative and teamwork Sense of responsibility and autonomy Excellent communication and people skills Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel Knowledge in operational systems
