What You’ll Be Doing


As Assistant Front Office Manager, you’ll support the Director of Front Office in leading daily operations of the front desk and guest services. You’ll:


Supervise and coach front desk associates, guest services, and PBX operators.Ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and problem resolution.Coordinate with other departments to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.Assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback.Help implement initiatives to improve efficiency and elevate the guest experience.Manage guest resolution process to include investigation of situation and creative problem solving to ensure guest is satisfied with outcome. Accurately manage cash handling, including receiving cash, checks and credit card information from guests for payment of hotel charges and making change correctly. Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $72,000.00 per year
