Assistant Front Office Manager

**Description:**
To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division.
Assists in the preparation and updates of the Front Office Departmental Operations Manual.
Assists the Front Office Manager to conduct regular communications meetings and ensures that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
Represents the Rooms function on the hotel's Executive Committee in the absence of the Director of Rooms and Front Office Manager.
Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Ensures all employees provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
**Qualifications:**
1. Fluent in Chinese and English conversation with strong coordination and management skills
2. Supervise the service quality and operational standards of employees in all sections of the Front Office and implement comprehensive oversight of all Front Office operations
3. Have a comprehensive grasp of basic financial knowledge related to front desk cash handling and be able to address financial issues that arise in daily service processes
