**Position Summary**
  
The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in leading and supervising the daily operations of the Front Desk department. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and driving operational efficiency. The position also contributes to team development, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  
  
**Key Responsibilities**
  
  
+ Supervise daily front desk operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
  
+ Assist in hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of front office staff.
  
+ Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training.
  
+ Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with other departments to ensure satisfaction.
  
+ Oversee room inventory, billing accuracy, and cash handling procedures.
  
+ Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational policies.
  
+ Lead shift briefings and maintain clear communication across teams.
  
+ Support implementation of service improvements and VIP procedures.
  
+ Maintain order and cleanliness in the lobby and reception area.
  
  
**Qualifications:**

+ Previous experience in supervisory roles, preferably in the luxury hotel industry.
  
+ Strong leadership and team development skills.
  
+ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  
+ Proficiency in hotel management systems and office software.
  
+ Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  
+ Availability to work flexible hours based on hotel operational needs.
  
+ Fluency in Spanish and English (oral and written).
