**_Key Responsibilities_**
+ _Assist in managing the daily operations of the Front Office, including front desk, guest services, arrivals, departures, lobby flow, and guest communications._
+ _Support the Front Office Manager and Rooms leadership team in delivering exceptional guest service and operational excellence._
+ _Lead, coach, and support front office colleagues during assigned shifts._
+ _Ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences for guests, World of Hyatt members, VIPs, groups, airline crews, business travelers, and international guests._
+ _Monitor guest arrivals, departures, room status, room assignments, special requests, and service opportunities._
+ _Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and front desk areas during peak arrival and departure periods._
+ _Respond to guest concerns, billing questions, service issues, and special requests in a professional and timely manner._
+ _Support service recovery efforts and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction._
+ _Partner with housekeeping, engineering, security, reservations, sales, events, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met._
+ _Assist with room inventory management, occupancy review, upgrades, oversell situations, out-of-order rooms, and operational planning._
+ _Ensure front office colleagues are knowledgeable about hotel services, airport operations, transportation options, local area information, and Hyatt brand standards._
+ _Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily hotel information, occupancy, VIP arrivals, group activity, service goals, and operational priorities._
+ _Assist with colleague onboarding, training, scheduling, performance feedback, coaching, and engagement._
+ _Ensure compliance with hotel policies, cash handling procedures, credit card procedures, privacy standards, safety requirements, and security protocols._
+ _Review guest feedback, service scores, operational reports, and shift activity to identify trends and opportunities for improvement._
+ _Support night audit, accounting, billing, and reporting processes as needed._
+ _Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and welcoming front office environment._
+ _Act as manager on duty when assigned._
+ _Perform other duties as assigned by Rooms or hotel leadership._

**Qualifications:**
_·_ _Previous front office, guest services, rooms, or hotel operations supervisory experience preferred._
_·_ _Experience in a full-service hotel, luxury hotel, airport hotel, or high-volume hospitality environment strongly preferred._
_·_ _Strong guest service, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills._
_·_ _Ability to lead colleagues in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment._
_·_ _Knowledge of front office operations, room inventory, arrivals and departures, billing, guest recovery, and hotel systems preferred._
_·_ _Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented during high-volume periods or challenging guest situations._
_·_ _Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities._
_·_ _Ability to work collaboratively with housekeeping, engineering, security, food and beverage, sales, events, reservations, and other hotel departments._
_·_ _Proficiency with hotel property management systems, Microsoft Office, and guest service technology preferred._
_·_ _Experience with World of Hyatt service standards and loyalty recognition preferred._
_·_ _Must currently reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area._
· _Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and business-demand periods._
