Job Description


We are seeking a motivated and service-driven Assistant Front Desk Manager to support the seamless running of our front office operations.

In this pivotal role, you'll act as a key point of contact for both guests and team members—ensuring that every arrival, departure, and interaction reflects the highest standard of luxury and hospitality.

What You’ll Do

Support the Front Desk Manager in leading the front desk team with professionalism and care

Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest journey from check-in to check-out

Act as a role model for exceptional service, resolving guest concerns with efficiency and grace

Train, coach, and mentor front desk agents to uphold service excellence

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience

Handle administrative tasks including shift planning, reporting, and system management

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a front desk or guest services leadership role, ideally within a luxury environment

A confident, calm, and inspiring presence—even under pressure

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera)

Fluent in English; other languages are highly valued

Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
