We are proud to be recognized as a **2025 Great Place to Work®** and one of **People Magazine’s Companies Who Care** . **About the Role** The **Assistant Food & Beverage Manager** supports the hotel’s **Food & Beverage outlets** , including **Jett’s Coffee Bar** , **Jacob’s Spring Grille** , **Ace’s Lounge** , and **Mr. G’s Sushi Bistro** . This role reports directly to the **Assistant Director of Food & Beverage** and plays a key leadership role in driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and team development. **Responsibilities** + Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned outlets. + Hire, train, and develop Food & Beverage colleagues. + Manage payroll, reporting, inventory, and budget performance. + Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. + Partner with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences. + Maintain Hyatt brand standards and service quality. + Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes. **Qualifications** + Minimum **2 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience** in a hotel or high-volume restaurant. + **Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management** or related field preferred. + Proven leadership, training, and communication skills. + Strong organizational and administrative abilities. + Proficiency in **Microsoft Word and Excel** . + Experience with new concept implementation a plus. **Why Hyatt** **Care connects us.** At Hyatt, we believe in the power of belonging – of making people feel at home no matter where they are in the world.
