We are seeking hospitality professionals who are passionate about crafting exceptional experiences — especially through food, wine, and beverage. **Assistant Food & Beverage Manager** Park Hyatt Beaver Creek is seeking a dynamic, service-driven Assistant Food & Beverage Manager with strong beverage expertise to help lead our diverse and high-performing F&B team. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in an elevated dining environment and understands the power of a thoughtfully curated beverage program — from wine and spirits to craft cocktails and guest-driven experiences. As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will: + Support the leadership and daily operations of our Food & Beverage outlets, including 8100 Mountainside Bar & Grill, banquets, and event set-up + Champion an exceptional beverage program, ensuring quality, creativity, and consistency + Partner in training and mentoring colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability + Drive service standards reflective of the Park Hyatt brand — polished, intuitive, and personalized + Assist with scheduling, inventory oversight, cost controls, and operational efficiencies + Actively engage with guests, elevating their experience through beverage knowledge and refined hospitality This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is energized by fast-paced luxury service and is passionate about developing both people and programs. Starting salary for this position is $56,800.
